Luoyang LDB Bearing Secures Multiple Cooperation Intentions at CTT Exhibition

Russia CTT International Construction Machinery Exhibition was grandly held in Moscow. Covering 210,000 square meters, featuring 1,600 exhibitors from 16 countries, and welcoming over 130,000 professional visitors, it has become a core hub of the Eurasian industrial chain. As a benchmark enterprise in China’s bearing industry, Luoyang Longda Bearing (LDB) made its debut with 26 years of technical accumulation, showcasing extreme cold-resistant customized products and full-industry-chain solutions, securing multiple cooperation intentions and demonstrating the strength of “Made in China” intelligence.

Chinese enterprises emerged as a core force at this exhibition: 595 exhibitors from mainland China accounted for 48.65% of the total, far exceeding that of local Russian enterprises. Aligning with the extreme cold operating conditions in Russia, Longda Bearing exhibited three core products: -45℃ low-temperature resistant slewing bearings (with a 60% reduction in failure rate), P4-class high-precision toothed slewing drives, and full-range large non-standard customized bearings ranging from 200mm to 8000mm in inner diameter. All products have obtained international certifications and are suitable for core scenarios such as mining and infrastructure construction. Over three exhibition days, the company received more than 500 professional visitors, reached on-site trial cooperation agreements with 3 enterprises, and attracted strong interest from Russian and Central Asian purchasers.

Leveraging the dividends of China-Russia bilateral trade volume of 244.8 billion US dollars in 2024, Russia’s “Import Substitution 2.0 Program”, and the preferential tariff policies of the Eurasian Economic Union, Longda Bearing has established a mature localized layout: agent networks in Russia enable 48-hour spare parts delivery; joint R&D on extreme cold-resistant technologies with Sino-Russian scientific research institutions; and products fully compliant with Russian technical standards. This exhibition not only consolidated its position in the Russian market but also gained cooperation intentions from Central Asian and Eastern European countries such as Kazakhstan and Belarus, opening up new channels for the Eurasian market.

In the future, Longda Bearing will continue to strengthen technological innovation and localized layout, focusing on extreme cold adaptation and intelligent upgrading. It will enable “Luoyang-made” bearings to play a core role in major Eurasian projects, contributing to the global development of China’s construction machinery parts industry.
