Single row angular contact ball bearing,including both inseparable and separable patterns. Pattern S70000 is the basic pattern of separable angular contact bearing, and pattern SN7000 is with separable inner ring.It¡¯s outer ring and inner ring can be installed separately,so it can be applied to irregular installation environment. Its contact angle is 150. The inseparable angular contact ball bearing¡¯s inner ring and outer ring can not be fixed separately, Contact angle is classified as 7000C(15¡ã), 7000AC(25¡ã) and 7000B(40¡ã).
Double row angular contact ball bearing,is a kind of inseparatable bearing. This type of bearing can simultaneously supprot both radial loads and a relative great axial load.Moment load is also supported.The axial displacement of axe and housing in double directions can be limited. In comparison with single row angular contact ball bearing, it has sufficient rigidity.Its contact angle is 30¡ã.
Four-point contact ball bearing is a kind of separatable bearing. Patten QJ0000 has two-piece inner ring with 35¡ã contact angle, pattern QJF0000 has two-piece outer ring with 35¡ã contact angle.Under no-load or radial load only,the steel ball and the ring are 4-point contact;and under axial load only, the steel ball and the ring are 2-point contact,able to support axial load in double directions. Four-point contact ball bearing can also support moment load, so it has the function of both single row and double rows bearings.It can work only when 2 points contact.
Our angular contact ball bearings mainly use machined solid cage.4-point-contact ball uses brazen or aluminum solid cage.
