With the development of wind turbine generation, LDB follows the step to be continuously devoted in researching, developing and manufacturing of bearings for wind power generation. LDB has successfully developed yaw bearings, pitch bearings, mainshaft bearings and gearbox bearings for 600KW to 2.0MW WTGS (wind turbine generation system) and can provide the series of bearings for WTGS for customers.

Yaw bearings: They are installed in wind turbine generation nacelle chassis and used for the exact, in-time adjustment of wind angle of orientation mechanism and the conduction of lightening to the ground. They support the whole weights (radial load, axial load and tilting moment) of main transmission system of orientation mechanism. They are required with good sealing, high reliability, flexible rotation, good stationarity and surface treament with no less than 20-years life. They mainly include 4 point contact ball slewing bearing or crossed roller slewing bearings.
 
Pitch bearings: They are located in the pitch system assembly of the blade and and used for the adjustment of wind direction of the blade. They mainly support radial load, axial load and tilting moment. They are characterized by good sealing, high reliability, flexible rotation, good stationarity and surface treament with no less than 20-years life. They mainly include 4 point contact ball slewing bearing or double-row ball slewing bearings.
Mainshaft bearings: They are located in the mainshaft of blade and support high working load, and are able to compensate the deformation of mainshaft. So, they should have good aligning performance, higher load capacity and longer service life. Generally, they are optimized-design shperical roller bearings.
 
LDB bearings for windmills have the advantage of long life and being corrosion resistant and can bear radial load, axial load and tilting moment. For those bearings used for subway and light rail such as single-row cylindrical roller bearings, tapered roller bearings and insolate deep groove ball bearings, the maximum speed can achieve 100kms/hour and the life is 700,000 kms. For bearings for vehicles, shafts and gearboxs, they are characterized by low friction, low vibration, high cleanlinss, high precision. With the development of light weight, they can meet the speed of 160kms/hour with the maximum speed 240kms/hour.
